Performance Analyzer (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using this application.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name and email address (for account access)
• GPS track files, instrument data files, and polar tables you upload for analysis
• Race metadata you enter (race name, date, crew names, notes)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Performing sailing performance analysis on the files you upload
• Storing your saved race analyses and boat polars for your own reference
• Enabling read-only sharing of your campaign data with crew members you invite
• Managing your account

We will never use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your use of this application.

Uploaded Files

GPS track, instrument data, and polar CSV files you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to you and any crew members you explicitly grant access to. Files are stored using industry-standard cloud storage with per-user access controls.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required for the technical operation of this application (such as our hosting and authentication service providers). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any independent purpose.

Race data you share with crew members is read-only. Crew members can view your analyses but cannot modify or download your uploaded files.

Data Security

Your information is stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized crew members you invite. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Update your display name and password from your account page
• Delete any saved race or boat polar from your campaign
• Remove crew member access from your Team settings
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
